Refund Policy

At Bizstartz.com, we are committed to providing high-quality services to entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them successfully start and manage U.S.-based businesses. We aim for full transparency in our refund policy to ensure a smooth and trustworthy client experience.


1. General Refund Terms

We provide limited refunds depending on the stage and type of service. Many of our services involve upfront processing, government filings, and third-party interactions, which can make certain fees non-refundable once work has begun.


2. LLC Formation, Registered Agent & BOI Filing

  • Before Processing Begins:
    Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee if requested before we initiate any paperwork or filings.

  • After Processing Begins:
    Once your documents have been prepared or submitted to the state or federal authorities, the service fee is non-refundable.


3. EIN (Employer Identification Number) Service

  • Standard EIN Turnaround:
    Most EINs are issued within 15–20 business days for international clients (non-SSN holders).

  • Guaranteed Refund:
    If your EIN is not received within 45 business days, Bizstartz guarantees a 100% refund of the service fee—no questions asked.

  • Exclusions:
    Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client or failure to respond to IRS verification requests are not eligible for this refund guarantee.


4. Bank Account Opening & Payment Processor Services

  • These are third-party dependent services.

  • Service fees are non-refundable once onboarding or document preparation has started.

  • Bizstartz is not liable for rejection or delays by banks or payment processors.


5. ITIN Application

  • Before Submission to IRS:
    Full refund minus a $25 admin fee.

  • After Submission:
    No refund.
    We are not responsible for rejections due to inaccurate documentation or client error.


6. Trademark Registration

  • Before Filing:
    100% refund upon request.

  • After Filing:
    No refund. USPTO filing fees are non-refundable, and work is considered completed upon submission.


7. No Refunds For:

  • Services already rendered or partially rendered.

  • Government or third-party fees (e.g., state filing fees, IRS fees, USPS shipping).

  • Delays or denials caused by client errors or lack of response.

  • Any service requested more than 7 days prior to the refund request (except for the EIN guarantee outlined above).


8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and take appropriate legal or collection action if needed.


9. How to Request a Refund

Email support@bizstartz.com with the following:

  • Your Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Service Purchased

  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase (unless related to the EIN 45-day guarantee).


10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
